Responsibilities
• Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current and new polyclinics.
• Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees.
• Provide HR Admin support as follows:

  1. Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires.
  2. Process the monthly allowance disbursement for those on a pre-service sponsorship programme.
  3. Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance.
  4. Timely submission of funding claims to MOH.
  5. Maintain and update training records for all existing employees.
  6. Ensure vaccination records are updated in the MOH system on a quarterly basis for MOH audits.
  7. Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resource.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently within assigned job scope.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
