Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. seeks a retail promoter to promote and sell premium golf equipment and performance apparel at Takashimaya and Isetan stores in Singapore.

You will engage customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable products, while maintaining displays and stock. Previous retail experience and a passion for golf are preferred, with shifts up to 44 hours weekly in a rotating 9:30am–9:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Retail or promoter experience is preferred.
• Passionate about golf or sports, with knowledge or interest in golf products being an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell premium golf equipment and performance apparel to customers.
• Approach customers, understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations where required.
• Maintain product displays, counters and POP materials in a clean and presentable condition.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, organised and adequately stocked.
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment and general retail operations.
• Support promotional events, product launches and marketing activities.
• Gather customer feedback and share market or competitor insights with the management team.
• Work closely with the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
