Qualifications

• Entrenador de golf con experiencia comprobada.
• Capaz de trabajar fines de semana o en horarios de tarde.
• Preferible ser multilingüe y familiarizado con tecnología móvil.

Responsibilities

• Proporcionar lecciones de golf de alta calidad.
• Promover activamente los paquetes de lecciones.
• Realizar programas de golf juvenil y asegurar un entorno de aprendizaje seguro.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic coach to join our team, to inspire and guide aspiring golf lovers. About Us

We located at a premier multi-tiered driving range in the west side; each coaching bay is outfitted with automated ball tee-up system and cutting-edge tracer to deliver maximum convenience and precision analysis. It also comes with a private lounge area for a comfortable and relaxed learning experience. A sand Bunker, mini putting course and several indoor simulator rooms are available to be utilized for coaching purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality of private and group golf lessons
• Actively promoting academy golf lesson package
• Handle enquires from potential sign-ups
• Provide constructive feedback and motivate students
• Conduct junior golf programs and ensure a safe and fun learning environment
• Participate in academy’s promotional events every quarter

Qualifications:

• Globally PGA-certified golf professional with proven coaching experience
• Tech-savvy, as all bookings and clients management made through mobile apps
• Knowledge of data-driven analysis and be familiar with using GC Quad or Trackmen
• Knowledge of club fitting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in junior development program, including elite youth development
• Ability to work on weekends or evening times when lessons are scheduled
• Multilingual candidate is preferred, especially those who can coach in a foreign language in addition to English
