JOB DESCRIPTION

• Deliver structured and high-quality coaching lessons to children, youth and elite juniors.
• Support academy programs (private/group lessons, junior development and events).
• Work closely with our team to maintain high standards in coaching and service.
• Assist with school and partner programs as needed.
• Track student development and contribute to growth initiatives.
• 44-hr work week (including work on weekends). 6 off days a month (on weekdays only).

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Member of a recognized PGA organization.
• PGA certificate in golf coaching
• Previous coaching experience with elite juniors
• Proven track record
• A strong passion for coaching and player development
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous international coaching experience is a plus
