Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Golang) for its Singapore team.

Based at Ang Mo Kio, you will join an established technology organization to build scalable, data-driven applications with a strong focus on Golang backend development, modern frontend technologies, and distributed systems. You will work with GraphQL APIs, microservices, PostgreSQL databases, and collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver reliable software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack or backend experience, with strong hands-on Golang development skills.
• Proficiency with SvelteKit or comparable frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, along with JavaScript knowledge.
• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, SQL, PostgreSQL and MS SQL, with good problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and version control; experience with AWS, GraphQL, Node.js, Docker/Kubernetes, Temporal Workflow, C#, observability, or performance optimization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Golang for backend development and SvelteKit or similar modern frontend frameworks .
• Build and optimize GraphQL APIs, microservices, and PostgreSQL databases , including schema design and query performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.
• Maintain engineering quality through peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, performance tuning, and architecture improvements .
