Job summary

BIT, a global digital asset financial services and infrastructure group headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a backend engineer to design and build scalable card payment and issuing platform services using Golang.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of backend development experience using Golang and/or Java.
• Hands-on experience in card issuing systems, card payment systems, or card transaction processing platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for the company's card payment and card issuing platform using Golang.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end card transaction processing workflows, including Authorization, Reversal, Capture, Refund, and Reconciliation.
• Ensure transaction accuracy, reliability, and data integrity across the payment lifecycle; participate in system architecture design and modernization initiatives.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and contribute to testing (unit/integration) to ensure reliability and maintainability.
