The Company

We are seeking a proactive Quality & Test-Automation Coordinator to join our client, a global consulting leader, focused on ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of functionality, performance, and resilience before going live. This role is ideal for QA engineers who are passionate about modern test strategies, automation at scale, and embedding quality into every stage of the SDLC, particularly in cloud-native and containerized environments.

This is a 12-month project with potential of extension.

The Role

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies (unit, integration, contract, load, chaos) for container-ready applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using PyTest, JUnit, and TestContainers.
• Use tools like k6 or Gatling for performance and load testing.
• Integrate quality gates such as SonarQube and Trivy into CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders; track and report on defects and test trends.
• Support release readiness with a focus on early defect detection and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2 years testing containerized applications.
• Proficiency in Python or Java for test scripting and API testing (REST/gRPC).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD integration and test orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with observability stacks such as Prometheus, CloudWatch, or Datadogto support chaos and performance testing.
• Strong understanding of software delivery workflows and modern DevOps practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
