The Company

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power BI / Business Intelligence Consultant to lead a global project focused on the design, development, and deployment of data-driven dashboards and reporting tools.

The Role

· Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports.

· Partner with stakeholders across multiple regions and departments to gather and translate business requirements into effective data models and visualizations.

· Translate complex datasets into clear, interactive visualizations that communicate key insights effectively.

· Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across reporting solutions.

· Identify and implement process improvements to optimize BI solutions and data workflows.

· Provide training and support to business users on Power BI and data literacy.

· Monitor and maintain Power BI service performance, including access management and scheduled refreshes.

· Train and support end-users in self-service BI and data literacy across various business units.

Your Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence roles, with a strong focus on Power BI.

· Expert-level proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling principles.

· Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, or cloud-based data warehouses).

· Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, multi-country or global BI projects.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different cultures and time zones.

· Strong understanding of BI governance, access controls, and deployment best practices.
