  • Assist with planning, coordination, staffing, and administration of daily operations.
  • Ensure proper contract management and operationalization at the institutional level.
  • Deputize for the reporting officer when absent.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Contract Compliance and Execution
  • Vendors' Performance Checking & Validation
  • Daily Operations Management
  • Payment and Liquidated Damages (LDs) Processing
  • Knowledge Management Repository Maintenance
  • Annual Budget Planning Assistance
  • Project Management
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Recognized Degree, preferably in contract management in Healthcare / Hotel Settings
  • Experience: At least 3 years of related experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
