Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to maintain QMS, support GMP/GxP compliance, and manage SOPs at our Singapore site near Joo Koon MRT.

You will coordinate CAPA, track quality events, assist with supplier quality, and support audits and self-inspections, ensuring timely closure and data integrity.

The role is a 1-year contract, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:15pm, with a monthly salary up to SGD 3,800.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree/Diploma in Science/Engineering or related field.
• Experience in quality/QMS within GMP/GxP environments.
• Familiar with QMS systems like TrackWise or eDMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QMS systems and support GMP/GxP compliance.
• Manage SOPs, change controls, CAPA and document control.
• Support GMP training, self-inspections and audit readiness.
• Track quality events and ensure timely closure.
• Support supplier quality and data integrity activities.
