Job summary

The role requires a degree in chemical/pharmaceutical engineering and at least 1 year of API GMP processing experience, with involvement in Lean/continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemical/pharmaceutical engineering is required.
• At least 1 year in API GMP processing experience.
• Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts equipment power supply and control to ensure proper plant functioning.
• Loads production equipment and prepares instruments/services for operations per procedures.
• Documents activities in production records and sign/date relevant docs.
• Collaborates with Shift Manager/Production Support to resolve anomalies and improve processes.
• Ensures regular production operations and verifies process parameters on control panels (DCS, alarms).
• Collaborates with Warehouse to move materials and communicate critical details to Shift Manager.
• Transfers liquids between trucks and storage tanks; maintains safety and efficiency per GMP.
