Job summary

ANTER CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a Facilities & Compliance Engineer to operate and maintain GMP manufacturing site facilities with a strong focus on regulatory compliance.

The role owns facilities SOPs, supports audit readiness, and manages NC/CAPA while overseeing contractors and soft services. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and at least 5 years in GMP environments, with hands-on experience in GMP/GDP concepts and audit involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering, operations, or facilities experience within a GMP‑regulated environment.
• Strong GMP/GDP knowledge and practical applications in facilities.
• Experience authoring or revising SOPs.
• Experience in internal or regulatory audits (FDA, EU GMP, QA audits).
• Knowledge of NC/CAPA and Change Control processes, engineering docs, records.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.
• Good interpersonal and computer literacy skills.
• Strong customer service focus and professional disposition.

Responsibilities

• Manage key equipment/systems including maintenance across clean rooms and facility areas.
• Own facilities SOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee NC/CAPA and change control processes.
• Prepare for audits and ensure facility readiness for regulatory reviews.
• Audit vendor service contracts and monitor KPIs; supervise contractors.
• Maintain work orders and ensure QA clean standards across zones.
• Coordinate pest control, housekeeping, and soft services.
• Provide training and maintain SOP/GxP records as required.
• Support sustainability initiatives with EHSS and site teams.
• Participate in site meetings and emergency response activities.
