Job summary

SBM MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and safety within a manufacturing environment. You will perform cleaning tasks, report maintenance issues, and follow all SBM procedures to uphold service quality.

Responsibilities include collaborating with team members, maintaining a clean work area, responding to supervisor instructions, and completing daily logs and training modules to maintain competency and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Completion of safety certifications including chemical safety mandated by customer SOPs.
• Experience with safety procedures and cleaning in manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments in the manufacturing sector.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by performing cleaning tasks on walls, floors, ceilings, glass, and wipe-downs as trained.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supervisor instructions to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate clearly with leads, supervisors, and coworkers to support teamwork and service quality.
• Assist shift lead and supervisor in completing punch-list items to meet customer standards.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure safety of self and team.
