Job summary

C.A.J CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated facility operative to collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

You will communicate professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and customers, support shift leads, follow safety and SOPs, and ensure operational readiness with PPE and hygiene practices. The role requires strict adherence to GMP training and regulatory standards and the ability to respond

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate effectively in English per GMP training requirements.
• Maintain fitness to perform duties safely while wearing full PPE.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently with team members to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Respond promptly to supervisor instructions and duty phone calls to support workflow.
• Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, colleagues, managers and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Assist shift leads and supervisors in completing punch-list items to achieve operational objectives.
• Use proper PPE consistently to ensure personal and team safety.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct to uphold company standards.
• Follow all customer and SBM SOPs and protocols to maintain quality.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to enable timely repairs and minimize downtime.
• Perform shut-down cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards.
• Accurately complete daily cleaning logs and documentation.
• Complete basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer SOPs to maintain competency.
• Obtain and maintain safety certifications, including chemical safety training, to ensure compliance and safety.

• Present a professional appearance and conduct to uphold company standards
• Follow all customer and SBM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols consistently to maintain quality
• Report maintenance issues promptly to enable timely repairs and minimize downtime
• Perform shut-down cleaning tasks as required to maintain hygiene standards
• Accurately complete daily cleaning logs to document cleaning activities and compliance

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
