Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd on behalf of a prominent Japanese biopharmaceutical MNC is recruiting for a role supporting GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory operations. You will work in a structured, quality-focused environment to uphold SOPs.

Responsibilities include routine lab testing, process monitoring, accurate documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams; shift work may be required and a shift allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biological Sciences or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• GMP experience is highly preferred in regulated manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support biopharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory activities per GMP and SOPs.
• Perform routine laboratory testing and process monitoring.
• Record results and production/lab documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant operations.
• Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
