Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting in Singapore is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support GMP-regulated manufacturing environments. You will lead automation system upgrades, configuration, CSV deliverables and IT/OT integration for life sciences clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a life science field, at least 5 years in GMP settings, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain validated systems throughout their

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in GMP environments (pharma/biotech/manufacturing).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and support automation system upgrades from planning to implementation and qualification.
Configure, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain automation systems per GMP requirements.
Perform system lifecycle activities including design review, configuration, testing, and post-deployment support.
Develop and execute CSV deliverables.
Support software version upgrades, migrations, patch management, and cybersecurity remediation.
Execute and document system configuration changes through change control processes.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification, and system release activities.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Maintain automation systems in a validated state throughout their lifecycle.
