Qualifications

• 15+ years in FX, financial services, or cash logistics with multi‑market leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and EBITDA growth delivery.
• Strong understanding of wholesale FX, liquidity, sourcing, and risk.
• Experience managing regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead transformation and scalable global operating models.

• Define and execute the global wholesale FX strategy aligned with Group objectives.
• Lead multi‑market expansion, corridors, currencies, and institutional partnerships.
• Own global P&L performance, EBITDA delivery, and long‑term planning.
• Drive transformation to modernize processes, technology, and operating models.
• Ensure robust end‑to‑end wholesale operations and governance.
• Strengthen risk management frameworks and compliance across jurisdictions.
