Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecosystem growth, developer relations, or partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of Web3, crypto (DeFi, L2s) and AI landscapes.
• Strong network of founders, VCs and community leaders.
• Experience planning large conferences, hackathons or ecosystem weeks.
• Excellent communication and high-pressure event management skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate networks with top Web3 projects, AI labs and DAOs.
• Oversee side-event ecosystems and satellite meetups during weeks.
• Facilitate VC, investor relations and matchmaking tracks.
• Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners.
• Manage on-site hubs and VIP interactions during summits.
