You will guide senior leadership and cross-functional teams, define compliance strategies, and lead audits and risk assessments to mitigate regulatory exposure.

• Lead and continuously evolve the company's global export control and trade compliance governance strategies.
• Serve as the ultimate global Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding senior leadership and cross-functional teams through complex export controls, sanctions, and regulatory landscapes.
• Drive impactful global process improvements, leveraging your expertise to influence stakeholders at the highest levels of the business.
• Stay ahead of the curve by actively monitoring, interpreting, and applying critical international trade frameworks, including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, EU Dual-Use, and key APAC regulations.
• Take full global authority over product classifications, ECCN, HS codes, Country of Origin (COO) determinations, licensing strategies, and rigorous end‑use assessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, identifying and mitigating regulatory risks, sanctions, and export control complexities.
• Lead critical compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations, turning insights into proactive corrective actions.
• Champion global process improvements and strategically guide senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
