Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Rewards Professional to be part of the Global Total Rewards team to conduct job evaluation, set up remuneration structure that supports the global career framework, manage staff cost estimations based on business needs, and drive harmonisation of benefit policy and practice globally.

He / She will provide consulting advice to the People and Culture (P&C) Partners, Functional team and Management team in Compensation and Benefits policies and processes with the mandate to drive organizational excellence and to optimise the competitiveness of the company’s Total Rewards programs in talent attraction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the P&C Partners and Strategic People Development team to analyse jobs, perform job evaluation using a point-based job evaluation methodology correlating results to Mercer IPE PC and WTW GG.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert and provide consultation to Business and P&C Leaders on how to bridge and streamline the job architectures and supporting remuneration structures to improve career mobility and employee engagement.
  • Execute harmonisation steps and plans, establish guidelines and governance process, organise workshops and design Toolkit to support regional rollout and upkeep of the organisation transformation plans.
  • Plan survey participations and monitor market and legislative changes, conduct internal audit and impact analysis to introduce salary structure, incentive and benefit provisions that are compliant with statutory requirements and competitiveness in the market.
  • Organise the annual compensation cycle from pay position analysis, budgeting and accrual, assistance in manager review, to reporting, approval and communication, and drive change management in conducting the cycle on Workday.
  • Partner Group Insurance and P&C Partners to gain cost and operation efficiency in employee insurance renewal negotiation, benefit pooling opportunities and vendor selection.
  • Work closely with P&C Partners/Global Shared Service/Technology and People Analytic teams, Finance and Business leaders to contribute to the Group wide ERP projects by providing Total Rewards perspectives and inputs.
  • Plan and organise reporting and communication required to support internal and external audit, Board Remuneration Committee meetings.
  • Partner with Global Mobility on expatriate Rewards compliance, market analysis and policy review.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and special assignments.
