Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Rewards Professional to be part of the Global Total Rewards team to conduct job evaluation, set up remuneration structure that support the global career framework, manage staff cost estimations based on business needs, and to drive harmonisation of benefit policy and practice globally.
He / She will provide consulting advice to the People and Culture (P&C) Partners, Functional team and Management team in Compensation and Benefits policies and processes with the mandate to drive organizational excellence and to optimise the competitiveness of the company’s Total Rewards programs in talent attraction and retention.
