Job summary

Thales Avionics, Inc. (AGS) in Singapore seeks a Technical Project Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee engineering activities across bid and project lifecycles. The role requires frequent international travel to support delivery, customer engagement and collaboration with global teams.

You will work from the Changi North Rise site and partner with Design Authority to optimize architecture, interfaces and verification activities while ensuring cost, schedule and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 4 years in senior engineering, systems engineering or technical delivery.
• Ability to travel frequently internationally for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor engineering activities to meet contractual obligations and quality requirements.
• Define work breakdown structures, resource plans, schedules, milestones and KPIs.
• Lead multidisciplinary collaboration to analyse and validate stakeholder requirements and manage interfaces.
• Evaluate design alternatives with Design Authority to balance performance, cost and schedule.
• Oversee development, integration, verification, validation, qualification, acceptance and commissioning.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, including subcontractors; implement mitigations.
• Monitor progress against baselines; manage scope changes and report to management and customers.
• Coordinate Work Package Managers and IVVQ Manager to achieve milestones.
• Produce technical documentation and ensure governance and methodologies compliance (Chorus/Agile).
• Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement in delivery.
