Palo IT Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, recruit, and advise top tech talent while growing the Palo IT brand locally. You will partner with the business, enjoy autonomy, and support growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

We prioritize applicants with current right to work in Singapore and do not require visa sponsorship. The role emphasizes technical hiring across software, SRE, DevOps, data and security, with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of technology recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring for software/tech roles such as engineers, SREs, DevOps, data, security or UI/UX is preferred.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and build trust with stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Aufgaben

• Manage full life cycle hiring including sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build talent pools via social networking, referrals, networking, direct sourcing and advanced internet sourcing.
• Promote employer branding and cultivate candidate pipelines through events and engagement.
• Ideate, plan and host internal/external recruitment drives and events with industry partners.
• Continuously improve the candidate hiring experience.
• Assist with diversity & inclusion efforts and the talent acquisition roadmap.
• Assist with other HR duties when needed.
