PipelineX is seeking a Global Talent & HR Manager to spearhead HR strategy with a strong focus on global recruitment and talent management. The successful candidate will implement HR policies, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance across various regions. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of international labor laws, and excellent communication skills.

    Job Description: Global Talent & HR ManagerOverview:We are looking for a Global Talent & HR Manager to lead our human resources strategy, with a strong focus on recruitment, talent management, and international workforce operations. This role will drive global hiring initiatives, HR policies, employee engagement, and compliance across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding). Build partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and universities worldwide. Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.HR Strategy & Operations: Design and execute HR policies and best practices across different regions. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in various countries. Oversee performance management, career development, and employee engagement programs. Implement and manage HR technology and tools for streamlined operations.Employee Experience & Retention: Develop programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and company culture. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.Key Qualifications: Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management and recruitment, preferably in a global setting. Strong knowledge of international labor laws, hiring practices, and compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a global mindset. Ability to work across different time zones and manage diverse teams. Experience with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
