Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Global Sustainability Program Manager to shape and execute APAC carbon-free electricity initiatives, partnering with Global EHS & Sustainability, Procurement, Finance, and government agencies.

You will lead multi-project efforts from development through operation, develop executive reports, and advance strategies with regulators and utilities, while leveraging AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability, decarbonization, renewable energy, or environmental engineering.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience developing, sourcing, negotiating, and managing utility-scale carbon-free energy projects (solar, wind, hydro, storage).
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling skills for carbon-free electricity projects, with risk and due diligence focus.
• Knowledge of APAC energy and sustainability landscape, regional market dynamics, and procurement strategies.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, RE100, CDP) and market instruments (REC, EACs).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to leverage AI-enabled data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools.

• Establish a roadmap to advance carbon-free electricity supply strategies in APAC.
• Assist with long-term financial analysis for project decision-making.
• Develop relationships with developers, regulators, and collaborators for long-term benefits.
• Oversee regulatory and market changes in US and APAC carbon-free energy sectors.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Government Affairs on regulatory processes.
• Create executive reports and training materials on carbon-neutral electricity achievements.
• Present strategy and progress to management and key partners.
• Monitor AI-based process improvements for project management, data analysis, and reporting.
