Job summary

SearchAsia Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning professional to lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning across markets. You will optimise stock levels and support business growth with data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a degree in Business or Supply Chain and at least 10 years of planning experience in F&B/QSR/FMCG, with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory turnover in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience in F&B/QSR/FMCG is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning to optimise stock and support growth.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing sales, trends and expansion plans with Commercial and Operations teams.
• Translate forecasts into supply requirements, coordinate purchasing and replenishment with suppliers.
• Establish inventory strategies and monitor stock levels to minimise stockouts and obsolescence.
• Oversee international shipping, import/export coordination, freight and distribution planning for timely delivery.
• Drive cross-functional planning, analyse KPIs and logistics costs to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional markets, suppliers and stakeholders to strengthen processes and support expansion.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning activities to ensure product availability, optimise stock levels and support business growth across markets.

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales, market trends, promotional activities and business expansion plans, working closely with Commercial and Operations teams.

• Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements, coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities, and work with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.

• Establish inventory strategies, monitor stock levels and improve inventory turnover while minimising stockouts, excess inventory, wastage and obsolescence, particularly for products with limited shelf life

• Oversee international shipping, import/export coordination, freight arrangements and distribution planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products across markets.

• Drive cross-functional planning processes, establish supply chain KPIs and analyse forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels and logistics costs to improve operational effectiveness

• Collaborate with regional markets, suppliers, franchise partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen supply chain processes, improve planning systems and support business expansion initiative.
