The position requires MBA or equivalent experience and 10+ years in procurement or supplier management, with strong negotiation and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years in procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and externals.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial decision-making capability.
• Advanced negotiation and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own global sourcing and category strategies.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships and commercial agreements.
• Develop innovative sourcing and engagement approaches.
• Support new product introductions with supplier readiness.
• Identify and mitigate risks via sourcing and continuity plans.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization and value creation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on supplier markets and trends.
• Develop sourcing concepts and best practices aligned to objectives.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with policies and ethical standards.
