Hytech is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive global SEO strategy across markets, planning and executing initiatives with editorial, product, and outreach teams. This senior role sets the vision, mentors the team, and stays hands-on to deliver impact in competitive markets.

The position requires 7–10 years in SEO, a proven track record of improving key metrics, and strong stakeholder management. Web3 familiarity and Chinese liaison abilities are a plus, with an emphasis on AI-powered SEO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields (requirement)
• 7–10 years of experience in SEO marketing, including financial services (requirement)
• Proven track record driving global SEO strategy with measurable improvements (requirement)
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience (requirement)
• Familiarity with Web3 industry is advantageous (plus)
• Some proficiency in Chinese to liaise with Chinese markets is a plus (bonus)

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee global SEO strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
• Define and track monthly SEO KPIs and translate analytics into insights
• Identify opportunities, gaps, and manage outreach domain lists for authority growth
• Oversee AI-powered SEO initiatives ensuring compliance, accuracy, and E-E-A-T
• Conduct in-depth competitor, keyword, and market analyses across regions
• Manage the global SEO team and share best practices
