DayOne is seeking an accomplished Finance Transformation leader to drive global SAP-based modernization across multiple countries. You will align finance transformation goals with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting, shaping strategy with senior finance executives.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP implementations and a proven track record delivering large-scale multi-country programs, including consolidation and IFRS/US GAAP awareness.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications (e.g. SAP certifications) are highly advantageous.
• 10+ years in IT business partnering, enterprise architecture, or leading global SAP transformation programs.
• Proven experience delivering multi-country SAP Finance Transformation programs.

Aufgaben

• Lead global finance transformation initiatives aligned with SAP capabilities (S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting).
• Enforce a global standardised Chart of Accounts and ledger architectures with minimal local customisations.
• Manage cross-border demand for financial systems balancing corporate milestones with regional compliance.
• Partner with C-suite finance leaders to shape technical strategy and drive automated processes.
