Une entreprise de premier plan dans le secteur de l'automatisation recherche un Sales Manager avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience en vente B2B, spécifiquement dans les produits liés à l'automatisation industrielle. Le candidat idéal devra démontrer des compétences en gestion des ventes, communication efficace et capacité à développer des relations client solides. Des déplacements internationaux sont à prévoir.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine our global commercial playbook: target segments, value propositions, pricing tiers and packaging.
Lead end-to-end pipeline management in CRM.
Creates, plans and implements sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for products and solutions.
Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.
Drives top line and conversion growth.
Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing customers around automation solutions
By applying subject matter expertise, you build and maintain client relationships and solve their complex automation challenges
Collaborate with sales and technical team members to help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities
Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solution that solve customer pain points
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales – preferably industrial automation, robotics or manufacturing-related products.
Proven track record of scaling revenue with direct management of regional sales teams.
Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals
Comfortable with travelling internationally for work
Ability to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs
