Job description

Job Purpose

The Sales Admin supports the Sales and Operations teams by managing quotations, bookings, customer master data and related tasks to ensure smooth order processing and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining data accuracy in SAP, facilitating timely revenue recognition, and supporting audit readiness.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate Quotations, Sales orders, Customer acceptance reports, Billing invoices and Delivery notes

• Perform clean order booking and order transactions in SAP

• Ensure orders are booked in compliance with Corporate and ISO requirements

• Support Export Control ICP documentation for ISO Audits and Export audits

• Maintain electronic filing systems, ensure accuracy and timely updates

• Establish and enhance Sales business processes in alignment with ISO standards

• Support ISO audits and Annual Finance audits

• Support Global sales administrative activities to ensure smooth Sales Operations

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business/ Marketing with at least 2 years' working experience in relevant field

• Proficient in MS office Applications with knowledge of formula usage in Excel and SAP

• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

• Meticulous and analytical

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in order management systems

• Willing to work overtime when required
