Job summary

Santen in Singapore seeks a Global Safety Vigilance Risk Management Lead to drive end-to-end safety governance across the global portfolio from development to post-marketing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or related field, preferably pharmacist.
• Strong scientific and strategic thinking to solve complex problems.
• Experience in cross-functional and regional projects (R&D).
• Experience in risk management for medicinal products.
• Familiarity with NDA/MAA dossiers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product safety risk management activities for investigational and post‑marketing products.
• Prepare signal assessments and action plans to mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain core risk management plans and safety information.
• Prepare safety documents for NDA/MAA dossiers in collaboration with SV members.
• Support SV-related activities globally as directed by head of Medical Evaluation and Risk Management.
