Job summary

LUMIERE SEARCH PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking a Risk & Compliance Executive to support regulatory adherence and client due diligence for a renowned international firm. You will work closely with the compliance team to uphold legal standards and integrity.

In this role you will perform KYC and AML checks, oversee risk and conflict processes, and collaborate with senior colleagues to sustain high standards of risk management and ethical practice across fast-paced engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or business intake, preferably within a law firm, banking institution, or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of KYC and AML protocols.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Core member of the Compliance team where you will support with KYC, AML and sanctions searches on new clients.
• Oversee risk and conflict processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other senior members of the team to maintain the firm’s high standards of risk management and ethical practices.
• Support ongoing risk assessments and compliance reviews to safeguard the firm’s integrity.
