A global technology enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Global Retail Digital Learning Manager to enhance retail training and develop scalable digital learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital learning design, experience with Learning Management Systems, and the ability to manage content governance. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to implement effective training solutions across global markets.

The Retail Training Team is responsible for the Training and delivery to over 4,000+ Dyson Experts and Stylists in over 80 countries worldwide. Our mission is simple: to provide an immersive blended learning training experience that will engage our experts and build their capability to convert shoppers to owners. They establish the learning platforms and tools to empower markets through a clear framework, direction & collaboration.
The Global Retail Digital Learning Manager will take on the responsibility of ensuring that each member of our retail staff will have the tools, and the knowledge required to deliver a consistent and outstanding customer experience in each of our retail locations.
About the role
Digital Learning Ecosystem Design and Strategy
Design and establish a tailored digital learning ecosystem for Dyson’s retail teams to address the dynamic retail environment.
Define and implement global retail training infrastructure requirements to ensure compliance, security, and adaptability.
Drive the strategic development of scalable and future-proof digital learning tools and platforms.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align digital learning initiatives with Dyson’s global retail strategy.
Systems and Platform Governance
Lead the setup, implementation, and global deployment of digital learning platforms, including AI-driven solutions like translation tools.
Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) governance, ensuring all retail employees have access to relevant learning paths.
Partner with Dyson IT and external vendors to explore and adopt advanced digital learning tools and content creation platforms.
Manage external supplier relationships for outsourced digital learning solutions.
Content Governance and Quality Assurance
Oversee the Master English eLearning Catalogue to ensure alignment with Dyson’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
Perform QA for NPD launches and retail training programs to ensure consistency, accessibility, and multi-device compatibility.
Maintain high-quality instructional design strategies, refining eLearning modules based on industry best practices.
Define processes to ensure content compliance and governance post-localization.
Trainer Enablement and Upskilling
Gain mastery of new tools and systems to train and enable market teams and trainers.
Coach and upskill regional trainers in digital learning best practices to ensure effective adoption and deployment.
About you
Proven experience in digital learning design, with strong expertise in authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or equivalent.
Solid technical understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), including setup, administration, and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to drive digital learning strategies and implement scalable platforms across global markets.
Familiarity with AI-driven tools for translation, localization, and digital content enhancement is a strong advantage.
Strong instructional design background with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and mobile-first learning.
Experience managing global content governance and quality assurance processes, including eLearning catalog oversight.
Ability to coach and enable trainers in digital learning adoption, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, with experience partnering with IT and external vendors.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term ecosystem planning with fast-paced deployment needs.
Retail training or frontline enablement experience is a plus.
