Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to support an international banking client in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing regulatory developments, advising businesses on compliance, and helping govern and align policies with evolving requirements.

You will also monitor regulatory changes, assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and policy updates while engaging with senior stakeholders across corporate banking, treasury and private banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance from Banking, Insurance, FinTech or Audit.
• Good understanding of regulations, notices and guidelines with exposure to Corporate Banking, Treasury or Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory change, policy reviews, or related compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, compliance, audit and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Review regulatory consultation papers, regulatory developments, notices and guidelines and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units and stakeholders across the bank.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews, and support updates to internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, audits, compliance training, and ad-hoc compliance projects.
