Job summary

Google is seeking a Regional Program Manager in Singapore to lead multi-disciplinary projects across the region. You will plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and coordinate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure timely execution.

You will define governance and operational rhythms to drive the regional roadmap, remove bottlenecks, and translate strategic goals into rapid, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience in network infrastructure, telecommunications, or data center environments.
• Experience in commercial operations, including managing agreement governance, agreement approval workflows, and vendor relationships.
• Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms to automate agreement tracking, manage regional KPIs, and provide data-driven insights for executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operational cadences, including regional business reviews, agreement governance, and quarterly town halls.
• Bridge commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders to drive joint accountability across major initiatives.
• Own end-to-end program roadmaps, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvements for regional agility.
• Maintain portfolio visibility, tracking milestones, budgets, action plans and KPIs to keep targets on schedule.
• Partner with senior leadership to steer agreement approvals and resolve bottlenecks.
