Maneuver Marketing, a fast‑growing DTC health brand based in Singapore, seeks a Quality & Regulatory Affairs Specialist. You will own product quality oversight, coordinate with CMOs, and ensure US ingredient and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Scientific/technical background in food science, chemistry, nutrition, pharma/biotech, or related.
• Experience setting production quality standards with CMOs/CDMOs — batch records, CAPA, release.
• Ability to interpret stability and ingredient testing data.
• Hands-on US ingredient/regulatory experience in regulated consumer goods.
• Experience scoping or managing benefit/claims studies with labs or CROs.
• Comfort as the sole technical voice in a commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Own quality oversight and production troubleshooting with our CMO partners.
• Review QC, consolidate batch records, close out CAPA, and hold finished‑goods release sign‑off.
• Own adverse event reporting (AER) and audit CMO facilities when needed.
• Interpret identity, potency, and probiotic viability results and manage stability programs end to end.
• Scope and manage benefit/proof studies to strengthen product claims.
• Determine NDI/GRAS/ODI status and ensure permitted ingredients and limits.
• Provide technical input on sourcing, formulation feasibility, and supplier qualifications.
• Give credible technical answers to customer service and marketing.
