Job summary

XP Power, a global leader in power solutions, seeks a Global Head of Quality to define and lead a worldwide quality framework across design, manufacturing and supply chain. You will establish governance, drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance to support growth.

Lead a multinational Quality Organisation, partner with Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain to embed quality in the product lifecycle, and uphold a culture of prevention and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant senior quality leadership experience in a complex, international manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards.
• Strong track record deploying global quality strategy and operating model.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global quality strategy and governance across regions and sites.
• Lead and develop the global Quality organisation with clear accountability.
• Own the global Quality Management System across development, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and industry standards relevant to Electronics and Healthcare sectors.
• Establish metrics and review routines; report risks, trends and corrective actions to executives.
• Drive prevention-focused culture using APQP, FMEA, control plans, SPC and Six Sigma.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial and Service teams to embed quality.
• Lead major customer quality issues with containment, root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Strengthen supplier quality strategy with qualification, audits and improvement plans.
• Sponsor programs reducing cost of poor quality and improving first-pass yield.
