Job summary

Satair Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Professional to support the Global Audit System Manager by planning and executing internal and external audit programs across its global footprint. You will co-lead annual internal audit plan development, drive governance improvements, deploy the Company Management System, and collaborate with global functions to ensure compliance and quality.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or Economics, and experience in quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Logistics / Economics or similar.
• At least 3 years' experience in Quality Management.
• AS91xx Internal Auditor experience.
• Knowledge of EASA 21 and 145 fundamentals.
• Knowledge of EN91xx series fundamentals.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent English communication and intercultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the development of the annual internal audit plan by gathering needs from internal clients and ensuring alignment with mandatory requirements.
• Execute internal audits across Satair’s global footprint as assigned and coordinate scoping and auditee identification.
• Ensure timely closure of audit findings with embedded corrective actions into standard processes.
• Coordinate internal audit reporting and develop performance dashboards for visibility of audit results and compliance.
