To draft and implement project management effectively, and conduct clinical operations for related projects to ensure that clinical research affairs run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary liaison for the sponsors of the responsible studies.
2. Lead and direct cross-functional team leaders and third-party vendors.
3. Manage project contractual deliverables, including project milestone payments and quality assurance.
4. Manage project scope and costs in a timely manner to control financial risks.
5. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and guidelines at the project level.
6. Ensure projects comply with Tigermed processes and systems such as CTMS, OA eTMF, etc., including escalation to relevant management.
7. Proactively participate in bid defense processes.
8. Provide necessary training for project team members and build an effective team.
9. Provide feedback on team members' performance to their line managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology, or Biology-related majors. College diploma acceptable if complemented by relevant experience and attributes.
• Knowledge of current drug development processes and regulations, including local regulations, GCP, and clinical trial operations. Current GCP certification required. Business skills such as budgeting are a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years’ industry experience, including at least 6 years’ project management experience; CRO experience preferred. Outstanding project management achievements may be considered.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in local languages is preferred.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications.
