Job summary

SGX Group seeks a seasoned Tax Operations specialist to own end-to-end tax operations, including US source income regimes, FATCA/CRS, and other foreign jurisdictions. You will drive regulatory monitoring, process design, and filing obligations, while collaborating with Finance, Compliance, Ops, and Tech.

Requirements include a Degree in Accounting and 10+ years in tax within financial services, with strong analytical and communication skills. Independent work style and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and at least 10 years of taxation experience in commercial/Big 4 or consulting environments.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills; capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes in tax and translate into actionable policy for SGX Group.
• Advise business units on new processes to meet tax reporting obligations.
• Oversee global tax reporting and filing (e.g. FATCA/CRS where applicable).
• Define data rules for source systems and drive automation with Tech/Ops.
