Job summary

Semiconductor Technologies & Instruments Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to act as the main liaison among Customer Service, Field Application Engineers, customers and Product Quality Engineering. The role drives cross‑functional teams through 8D problem solving to contain, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

You will work with FAE and CS teams to define problem statements, coordinate with Product Quality Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, software, and other groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field and 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and self-management skills.
• Experience with problem solving methods (8D) and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface among CS, FAE, customers and product quality engineering.
• Lead and coordinate resolution of customer-reported quality issues using 8D methodology.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
