Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Business/Marketing/UX/AI or related fields.
• Internships or relevant experience in product roles are welcome.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with a user-centric mindset.
• Basic understanding of product development workflows, Agile methods, and PM tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
• High learning agility and adaptability; eager to learn new tools and domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle from research to post-launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, marketing) globally.
• Conduct market and user research via interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Support product planning, design discussions, and QA processes.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive improvements.
• Gain exposure to product marketing and user enablement initiatives.
• Participate in global product strategy and international expansion efforts.
• Be open to frequent international travel and overseas assignments.
