Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a Product Life Cycle Manager, ROPU ASKAN, to oversee the end-to-end SKU lifecycle across Human Pharma and Animal Health regions in ASKAN, from launch to withdrawal.

The role requires coordinating launches, changes, and discontinuations with cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, compliance, and supply continuity while driving process improvements and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience, preferably in pharma/OTC/FMCG, with demand/replenishment planning and lifecycle management.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience and proven project management capability.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (launch, change, and withdrawal).
• Experience coordinating multi-country requirements, timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-country redressing and repacking processes, with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams and ensure system readiness.
• Coordinate end-to-end product changes, including labeling, packaging, and site transfers.
• Manage product discontinuation/withdrawal across multiple markets and track status and risks.
• Coordinate multi-country redressing and repacking activities and align timelines.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalization of lifecycle processes.
