Job summary

United Overseas Bank is seeking a seasoned leader to helm a team of Client Advisors in Singapore, driving sales and service excellence for high-net-worth clients.

You will set performance objectives, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of integrity and continuous improvement while delivering tailored wealth management solutions. This role requires 5+ years in wealth management, strong communication, and professional certifications such as CFP or CWM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Accreditation such as M1B, M5, CM-EIP (M6, M8), CM-SIP (M6A, M8A), M9, M9A and HI.
• 5+ years of wealth management experience with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
• CFP, CWM or similar certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Client Advisors to deliver sales and service excellence.
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and tailor wealth solutions.
• Drive client acquisition to grow AUM and collaborate on targeted campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product specialists and investment advisors to deliver holistic solutions.
