You will present updates to management, manage risks, and ensure milestones on time and within budget. Mandarin proficiency is required for China‑facing work, with strong PM and privacy expertise guiding success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing complex technical and cross-functional projects.
• Support privacy initiatives and training programs for employees.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, summarize, and present data.
• Coordinate across time zones to support international stakeholders.
• BS/BA degree required; PMP certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for collaboration with China teams.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, management, and implementation of Privacy Compliance projects.
• Assess processes and transform concepts into structured projects.
• Drive business requirements, design, testing, training, and communications.
• Ensure milestones are met within time, budget, and scope.
• Communicate project activities before, during, and after execution.
• Identify, track, and report project/program metrics.
• Present status to management; address risks and propose solutions.
• Partner with Privacy Network resources to lead compliance activities.
