Job summary

Sunrate, a leading global payment and treasury platform, seeks a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth with strategic clients worldwide. You will own the full sales cycle, build senior-level relationships, and tailor solutions for complex payments and treasury needs.

The role focuses on digital assets, e-commerce, advertising, and B2B trade across global markets, reporting to the Global Institutions Department. Mandarin is a plus, English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge in digital assets, e-commerce, or cross-border payments is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients and opportunities across global markets, with a focus on commercial card issuance and integrated treasury solutions.
• Develop expertise in one or more key industry verticals, such as digital assets, e-commerce, advertising, B2B trade and other cross-border businesses.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, from initial lead generation and outreach through qualification, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with business clients and key decision-makers, understanding their payments and treasury needs and positioning Sunrate's solutions accordingly.
• Drive the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution pitching, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and client onboarding.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Operations, and Solutions, to develop tailored solutions and ensure smooth client onboarding experience.
