TikTok is seeking an experienced Head of Global Payments Internal Audit to lead audits across regulatory, operational, and compliance areas within the Global Payments business (PIPO). This role focuses on risk assessment, audit execution, and remediation tracking in a fast-paced tech environment.

Ideal candidates will have extensive in-house audit experience, strong knowledge of IIA standards, and professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIA/CISA/CPA/CFA/IRM/CIMA).

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of IIA Standards and extensive audit experience, ideally in-house, supporting global payments businesses, fintechs, or large technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of payments and financial services regulatory regimes across UK/Europe.
• Ability to assess regulatory, operational and financial controls and analyse large data sets.
• Effective communicator with stakeholder management and remediation presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute audits across Global Payments regulatory, operational, and compliance domains.
• Develop risk and control matrices and audit programs for complex processes.
• Draft clear audit reports and track remediation until completion.
• Travel internationally to EMEA, SEA and AMS locations, up to 30%.
