Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering management role.
• 8+ years of full-time software development experience.
• Demonstrated track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to lead by example in fast-paced, high-impact, ambiguous environments.
• Commitment to high operational rigor when working with production systems.
• Experience building extensible software solutions that scale with business growth.
• Adept at thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional, and cross-timezone environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with company leaders to author the card payments strategy.
• Develop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers.
• Empower the engineering team to achieve high productivity, reliability and simplicity.
