seeks a seasoned leader to run Global Service Delivery for Procure-to-Pay, delivering high-volume operational support, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across global sites. You will guide process design, governance, and automation initiatives while partnering with Finance, Compliance, and IT to strengthen controls and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Typically 8+ years of experience in procurement operations, Procure-to-Pay, shared services, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for Procure-to-Pay operational support.
Manage workload prioritization, team performance, service delivery standards, and escalations.
Oversee tail spend transactions, PR/PO support, supplier onboarding, catalog management, receiving issues, and invoice reconciliation.
Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, backlog, aging items, error trends, and stakeholder escalations.
Serve as P2P operations SME, advising on process flows, controls, and system dependencies.
Ensure SOPs, process documentation, and audit support materials are up to date.
Support SOX, customer audits, internal audits, and control reviews.
